Walk straight into the Middle Ages with Gruyère’s full-day tasty tour! In this town, you will taste the panorama of the Prealps and beyond. In the morning, you will be taken to the village of Broc, home of the famous Maison Cailler chocolate factory. This visit offers a multi-sensory experience where you will discover the secrets of chocolate. Don’t forget to taste! Maison Cailler provides a tasting of their finest mouthwatering pieces created by world-famous chef Ferran Adrià and the chocolatiers of Broc. Next stop is Maison de Gruyère, where you will try its widely celebrated hard cheese. Gruyère has been produced for centuries, following traditional recipes and authentic craftsmanship. You are warmly invited to assist in the making process! Before being chauffeured back to Zurich, you will visit Lavaux for a local wine tasting, made from the finest selection of grapes.
